About


合成生物技术平台可为细胞工厂构建中的微生物发现、评价、培养及分子机制等研究提供最先进的技术支撑,并可助力转化医学、化学生物学等领域科研创新。可完成菌株改造、挑选,流式细胞分析与分选,细胞及酶活性测定,规模化培养,基因扩增与分析,蛋白纯化与结晶,分子间相互作用分析等。平台主要设备有:高通量细胞培养和活性分析系统,8-通道平行生物反应系统,流式细胞分选仪,蛋白结晶筛选工作站,蛋白纯化系统,分子间相互作用分析仪,活细胞成像系统,实时荧光定量PCR仪,总碳总氮分析仪,高效薄层色谱分析系统,等离子体诱变仪,15-L自动高级发酵罐和短程分子蒸馏系统等。此外,在中科院大连科技创新园建有1000-L规模搅拌式发酵罐及配套的原料处理和产物分离纯化设备”。可对所内各科研单元、兄弟院校及经营性企业等提供技术服务。该平台由合成微生物学研究组(1823组)负责管理运行。

The SBP-DICP provides the most advanced technical support for energy microbial discovery, evaluation, culture and molecular mechanism research, and can help scientific research and innovation in the fields of translational medicine, synthetic biology and chemical biology. SBP can complete strain modification and selection, flow cytometry and sorting, cell and enzyme activity assays, small and middle scale culture, gene amplification and analysis, purification and crystallization of target proteins, intermolecular interaction analysis, etc. The main equipments of the platform are: high-throughput cell culture and activity analysis system, high-throughput monoclonal selection system, 8-channel parallel biological reaction system, flow cell sorting instrument, protein crystal screening workstation, protein purification system, and intermolecular interaction. Function analyzer, real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument, total carbon total nitrogen analyzer, plasma mutameter, 15-L automatic advanced fermenter and high-efficiency thin-layer chromatography system. SBP-DICP can provide technical services to scientific research units, research institutes, universities and social enterprises within and outside of DICP.
